SGV Gloss ink is a true fusion formulation that offers optimum adhesion to rigid, semi-rigid and flexible vinyls. SGV prints beautifully and dries fast to a flexible finish making it ideal for extended use films such as Scotchcal. Also recommended for polycarbonates and other plastics.

Drying
SGV/VC inks dry through solvent evaporation. Fresh air volume is more of a factor in dry time than temperature.
Force Dry:
For high volume air dryer (3000 - 5000 cfm, equipped with air knives) at 100 -120°F: 30 - 60 seconds.
Air Dry: l5 - 45 minutes depending on air circulation and temperature.
Equipment: Batch oven with convection air or industrial conveyor dryers (non-textile) are preferred. lR panels may provide sufficient cure if belt will accommodate parameters above.
