THERMAL SET POLYESTER INKS FOR METAL
STANDARD COLORS
For exterior use. PE Series offers excellent adhesion and flexibility for metal applications. This high gloss formulation is also recommended for general OEM use, nameplates, automotive and equipment panels. Superior flexibility and chemical resistance. Complies with 0T 180° bend performance standard.
May be reduced for direct or reverse roller coating, coil coating and spraying.

SPECIAL PRIMERS & TOPCOATS
EP-301 Topcoat: For use over colors. Enhances chemical and abrasion resistance; approved for use in appliances.
EP-304 Topcoat: For Non-Yellowing over white.
EP-306 Additive: For formed parts, improves flexibility of subsequent colors.

MODIFIERS
Reducer: EP-360 Reducer
Retarder: Use 5-10% EP-321 Retarder to slow drying in screen
Flow Additive: Use 1-2% EP-320 to promote leveling

SCREEN WASH
Use EP-310
BAKE/CURE
Bake Dry:
300°F for 15 minutes
350°F for 8 minutes
400°F for 4 minutes
Flash-off 30 seconds at 500°F.
Equipment: Batch oven with convection air or industrial conveyor dryer (non-textile) are preferred. lR panels may provide sufficient cure if belt matches parameters above.
