CRYSTAL COAT
CC Series Inks are recommended for furniture, partitions, architectural elements and other decorative components. When heat set, this unique two part system creates a striking crystalline effect on the printed areas. Crystal Coat exhibits excellent indoor durability, resists abrasion, and superior chemical resistance.

MIXING
For normal use, mix component 1 and component 2 in equal parts. Changing crystal size: crystal size may be increased or reduced by adjusting ratios. Increasing the amount of component 1 increases crystal size. Ratio of component 1 to component 2 may be as high as
4 to 1. (Also see screen mesh comments below).
POT LIFE
Approximately 8 hours after mixing.
**SCREEN MESH ADJUSTMENTS
Coarser mesh counts will producer, larger, brighter crystals. Finer mesh counts produce smaller, less reflective crystals.

BAKE/CURE
Bake Dry: 350°F for 2 - 4 minutes
Equipment: for proper application, an industrial conveyorized dryer with air movement (3,000 to 5,000 cfm) is required to achieve an even crystal pattern.
